Brand Rankings: #12 Max Julian

Coming in at number 12 in the brand rankings is newcomer Max Julian, who joined the league as a co-owner with Kyle Rakotci in 2018. Finishing with a 3rd place finish in his only season, was not enough to pull the fresh face out of last in our brand power rankings.

Why was Max ranked where he is? Here are some quotes from our anonymous committee members:

“Max is just getting started on his TTFFL brand as he semi-recently joined the competitive league. Distinguishing characteristics of Max and his brand can be attributed to his gritty grease trips to Youngstown, his unparalleled passion for anything he believes in and his fandom interests while wearing emotions on his sleeve. Max’s brand will only continue to grow within the TTFFL as the years move along.”

"People are asking if he was riding Raks’ coattails during the duo’s impressive TTFFL debut. Who is Robin without Batman? Time will tell, but signs point to it being one roller coaster of a ride. Talk about being on brand."

"I think there is a lot of brand potential here. Max is going to give you a lot of hot takes and bold moves. The jump in the Ben Roethlisberger bidding last year was quite a moment that he provided. He also has an interesting history of going heavy on Cleveland Browns, and we will see how that plays out when he has his own team. Bottom line: he hasn't been here as long as everyone else, and it is going to take time to see what his brand is."

"The TTFFL has come to know about Max’s passion and enthusiasm. Unfortunately, that’s about all it knows to this point. As he enters his debut football season as a solo owner, Max has an awful lot to prove. However, much of the league is confident he has quite a bit to provide going forward. Happily married and a father of two, Max’s dedication and solidified commitment to becoming a quality, well-liked league member would be great for his brand."
